Each year Hermitage PTSA awards scholarships for Academic Achievement and Vocational Technical Achievement.
Who can apply?
Any senior who is a member of the PTSA at Hermitage High School with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Vocational students
must have a GPA of 2.8 or higher. Not a member? Join now by sending in $5 with a PTSA Membership Form available
here.
How can students apply? The 2012 Application Form above can be printed and filled out, or filled out online and mailed as an attachment to
the Scholarship Chair, Jenny High. Applications are also available through the guidance department. The application includes an
essay.
When are applications available? The 2012 application is currently available - click on the application form listed
above.
What is the typical amount of the award? $500
How are students selected?
By a scholarship committee. All applications are kept anonymous until after selections
are made.
When are applications due?
2012 PTSA Scholarship applications
are due on April 30, 2012.
