2011-2012 Volunteers Wanted! Hermitage High School greatly appreciates the contributions
of parent volunteers who work in concessions, the office, the clinic, and many other areas, including those who help with
special events. Before working in the school, ALL parent volunteers must complete
a 2011-2012 Henrico County Volunteer/Mentor Application. This form must be submitted annually, and is available for
printing via the links below. Prior to signing and submitting the form, please be sure to access and review the Henrico
Volunteer Guidelines that accompany the form (also available via the links below).
Our
goal for this school year is to involve all PANTHER PARENTS. We need YOU to make our school a successful, thriving,
fun learning environment for our students. You can find the volunteer form below. Remember: "Alone

VOLUNTEERING DURING THE SCHOOL DAY
Please contact us with days of the week and hours you are available for any of the following: - Attendance Office helpers
- Main office helpers
- Guidance office helpers between 12:30 and 1:30 daily to answer phones.
PARTY ALL NIGHT NEEDS VOLUNTEERS
Party All Night is a safe event that
follows our school prom. Bev Cocke and Debi Taylor, event co-chairs, need volunteers for the following subcommittees:
activities, food, funding, chaperones/security, decorations, publicity, tickets and prizes. Plans are already in full

Help on a PTSA committee Please
lend a hand on an established board committee. We need extra hands to help on the following: Party All Night (after prom party) Hospitality (baking, set up, serving during a variety of events). Community liaison (helping get donations from area businesses) Baccalaureate (helping plan and staff the off-site graduation service for seniors) Scholarship committee (assisting in screening and identifying recipients for PTSA scholarships)

goes to Mrs. Linda Tambellini, our PTSA Volunteer of the Year! Linda has been involved in every aspect of the Herm PTSA. She has been instrumental in increasing membership and promoting
the PTSA. She has worked in concessions, answered phones, volunteered at lunches,served on the PAN & the Nominating Committees.
Linda approaches each role with enthusiasm and professionalism. She is very welcoming to any and all parents & students.
This is her last year at The Herm and she will be greatly missed. Thank you, Linda Tambellini for your dedication to
